Delete account

How to delete your KONTER! – Puzzle RPG (Moxvale Games) account and the data connected to it.

In the app

On the home screen, tap your profile at the top left.
Open Einstellungen (settings) and scroll down.
Tap Konto löschen (delete account), type LÖSCHEN and confirm.

The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Without the app

Write from your account's e-mail address to support@konter-duell.de. We reply to that address and ask you to confirm the deletion. Only then do we delete the account, and we let you know within one month.

What is deleted

your sign-in and e-mail address
your profile and player name
your hero and onboarding status on your account
if you used the earlier test app: your crew memberships, duels, runs and reports

What remains

Your progress on the device is not deleted with the account, because it is not on our servers. Remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
Purchases at Google Play stay with Google. Cancel subscriptions in Google Play; deleting the account does not end them.
A count that an account was deleted (without personal reference) and, for crews, the amount of points removed (without player reference).
Logs and backups of the service providers, until their periods have expired.
